We manufacture printed and laminated films in
roll form, center sealed pouches, side sealed pouches, stand-up pouches
& zipper-locked pouches. Some of the productlines with brief descriptions are below:
Spices:
We produce some of the finest packing material for the spices industry.Reverse printed Polyester laminated with metallised polyester and
co-extruded (3 layer) poly-films are generally used in this. The
co-extruded films are developed to suit the material to be packaged.
Wafers & Namkins:
These demand two or three layer laminated films. The film developed
is oil resistant for a longer period of time. The nitrogen flushing
process requires stronger material strength.
Pickles:
The pickle films demand a unique combination of food grade material
as well as oil resistant. Two layer or Three layer laminated films
are generally used depending upon the product. The transpareny renders
natural expression.
Tea & Coffee:
Here again, two/three layer films are used. The packaging demands
higher levels of flavour protection and air-tightness.
Biscuits:
The primary bottleneck in biscuit packaging is moisture resistance.
The film structure used is a combination of BOPP/Polyester laminated
with metallised heat sealable BOPP film.
Salt:
The packaging of salt needs to be moisture resistant. Apart from
this the packs are subjected to very high level of rough handling
which demands drop resistance. Generally high-strength co-extruded
film is used as base laminated along with printed polyester film.
Detergents & Shampoo:
Special films are made for detergents which are expected to be leak-proof
and alkali resistant.
Oils:
Oil packaging needs to be oil-resistant and non-porous in nature.
Also, it needs to be high-machinable film because of complex sealing
process.
Pouched Snacks:
These are packagings of Dhana Dal, Saunf, Supari, Mouth-freshners,
Amla, Jaljeera, digestive tables etc. Moisture is the major culprint
against which the packaging is designed. Two/Three layer films are
used.
Pan Masala & Tobacco:
Two/three layer films are generally used.
